Report: Jets give Haason Reddick short trade window

The New York Jets have granted Haason Reddick permission to seek a trade and a short window in which to do it, The Athletic reported Tuesday.The information comes one day after the holdout pass-rusher hired agent Drew Rosenhaus, who has been reaching out to teams to gauge interest, per the report.The Jets acquired Reddick from the Philadelphia Eagles for a conditional 2026 draft pick on April 1, but the two-time Pro Bowl selection has been a no-show while seeking a long-term deal.Reddick was due to make $14.25 million in the final season of his three-year, $45 million contract.Reddick, 30, has recorded 50.5 sacks over the past four seasons.
