The Buffalo Bills re-signed offensive lineman Alec Anderson to a one-year contract on Wednesday.Anderson, 25, who was undrafted out of UCLA in 2022, was an exclusive rights free agent.He made his NFL debut in 2024 and appeared in all 17 regular season games (four starts) and three playoff games for the Bills.
